Sattapatta serves as a platform to connect users for bartering, but we are not a party to any barter transaction. We do not verify the authenticity, quality, or value of the goods or services offered on the platform.

By engaging in a barter, you agree to:

  • Negotiate and finalize transactions directly with other users.
  • Ensure that the goods or services you offer comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Inspect goods or services carefully before finalizing a barter.
  • Handle any disputes directly with the other party involved in the barter.

Sattapatta is not liable for any issues, disputes, or losses that arise from the barter process.

5. Fees and Payment

Sattapatta does not charge fees for using the platform to list goods or services, nor does it mediate any payments between users. Bartering occurs without the exchange of money on the platform.

You acknowledge that any goods or services exchanged on the platform are done so at your own risk, and Sattapatta is not responsible for any financial transactions or agreements outside of the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Sattapatta is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and strive to protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content Ownership

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sattapatta’s liability to you for any claim or damage arising from your use of the platform will be limited to the amount you have paid to Sattapatta in the past 12 months, if applicable.
