Marketplace terms

Clear rules make exchange more trustworthy.

These pre-launch terms outline the intended relationship between Sattapatta, people listing goods or services, and people making offers.

Marketplace role

Sattapatta provides discovery, communication, trust, and transaction-support tools. Unless explicitly stated for a protected service, users—not Sattapatta—own, inspect, value, exchange, deliver, and accept the listed goods or services.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, disclose known defects, have authority to exchange the item, honour accepted terms, protect account access, and use the reporting process honestly.

Prohibited activity

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, recalled, regulated, exploitative, or rights-infringing goods and services are prohibited. Financial products, medicines, weapons, animals, identity documents, and other high-risk categories require explicit platform approval or remain prohibited.

Offers and completion

An offer should specify the items, services, any cash adjustment, handover method, and timing. Users should not confirm completion until inspection and exchange are finished.

Moderation and disputes

Sattapatta may remove listings, limit accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. Dispute support does not replace courts, regulators, law enforcement, or professional advice.
